For our core team at Remote IT World, we’re hiring a
Technical Recruitment Consultant
As a full-stack Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your technology recruitment expertise and client-centric approach to source and attract the best developers worldwide. You shall build long-term fruitful collaborations with tech and blockchain companies from all around the world. You can bring different hats, know a few tricks on recruitment marketing and elevate alternative sourcing channels. The ideal candidate is someone located in Europe.
What you'll do when you join the team
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business, culture and clients needs.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies across different markets such as Europe, US, South America and Asia.
- Write clear and explicit job descriptions and marketing materials
- Proactively source and attract potential candidates for multiple positions at a time
- Conduct interviews, apply our Values based hiring methodology
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process
- Ensure outstanding candidates experience
- Care deeply for the employer branding of each and every partner
- Elevate recruitment marketing techniques
- Participate in business development and market expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues on larger projects
It’s essential for the successful candidate to have
- Open minded individual with global-citizen mindset
- Has at least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Social media sourcing skills
- Significant comprehension of a wide spectrum of technologies, incl. Sdlc, open source, oop,ml, blockchain etc.
- Never ending curiosity and let’s get it done mentality
- Honest, trustworthy and results-driven person
- Proven track record of successful placements
