We are hiring a

Solution Engineer

Join remotely an AI innovators based in Zurich, Switzerland. It was founded by leading AI researchers from ETH Zurich, join a company on the mission to empower organizations to build and deploy trustworthy AI. They are building the world’s first platform that enables companies to deliver robust AI models.

After successful validation of their platform across key industries,  they are now hiring the First Sales Engineering team, to help their clients understand how they can deliver robust AI models to production. To succeed with this, you will deliver high-impact presentations and demos to communicate the benefits of the Company to prospects and guide them through the evaluation of our products

Job Scope

As a Solution Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work directly with an experienced C-level and executive team: we have previously built two successful deep tech ETH spin-offs acquired by PwC and the cybersecurity unicorn Snyk;
  • Gain in-depth knowledge and experience in how world-leading organizations solve real-world problems with AI;

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and demos to prospects to clearly communicate the benefits of our platform to prospects, tailored to their requirements and challenges;
  • Guide clients in evaluating the platform through Proof of Concept projects (POCs) by assessing their technical requirements, defining objectives, scoping a POC action plan, supporting the client throughout the evaluation process, and communicating intermediate and final results with stakeholders;
  • Drive deals across the sales pipeline – by supporting the sales team with technical qualification of prospects and conducting demos and POCs with the prospects in our sales pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with pre-sales of B2B SaaS products;
  • A blend of technical knowledge with a passion to work with clients;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to excite stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences;
  • A startup mindset with the ability to navigate in a dynamic environment and lean process structure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
