Main Responsibilities

Actively participate in new backend features development;
Maintain what you and others have already created;
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code;
Design with scalability and security in mind
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle;
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards);
Drive continuous adoption and integration of technologies.

Key Requirements

Previous commercial experience with Ruby
Best practices mindset with regards to coding
Advanced knowledge in:
- Design patterns
- OOP
- Data structures
- SQL queries
- SOLID principles
- MVC
- TDD - unit testing
Good spoken and written level of English
