Job Scope
We are looking for a strategic, insightful and experienced manager to lead our SEO team . This person will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to achieve company goals. Experience in a highly competitive affiliate marketing environment is critical as well as proven ability to identify and assess business opportunities.

You have experience in highly competitive affiliate marketing environments and are able to identify and assess business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Stay informed about changes and updates in the SEO landscape to accordingly update the SEO strategy and advise other department heads
- Identify and assess business opportunities through search
- Benchmark the company’s sites against key competitors and industry leaders
- Work closely with the content team to implement effective approaches and tactics
- Guide the SEO team to achieve departmental and company objectives
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure SEO strategy supports the company's overall objectives
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of SEO experience, including minimum 3 years of leading an SEO team
- Proven track record in improving a site's organic search rankings and visibility in highly competitive industries/niches or for highly competitive keywords
- Demonstrated experience identifying major opportunities in SEO
- Proficient in managing both on-site and off-site tactics
- Experienced in using various SEO tools, including Google Search Console, SEOTesting, Screamingfrog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Nightwatch, and others
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- A strategic, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
- The ability to recruit and mentor talented team members
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress sites
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency is a plus
- Comfortable with Slack, Google Suite, Jira, or similar tools
